The M81 team is delighted to announce the new version V5.0 of Flash for i, launched October 16, 2023

Our main goal in this update is  securing access to product objects with introduction of 2 authorization lists.

This new version officially confirms the successive upgrades we made in a “DevOps” process on the product, over the past 2.5 years.

V4.0 Flash for i was launched in January 2021, 14 updates have been released since. We typically release updates 3 to 4 times a year on our products. Our objectives are to include customer feedback, to address major technical advancements in the market, and to continually enhance the usability and stability of our products.

For OS Versions 7.1 and 7.2, Release V4.14 is the last that will be supported, and will no longer evolve.
The upgrade to V5.0 is free for all existing customers with a maintenance contract.

A new release for Control for i V3.22 is also launched on Nov 13 2023.
